Overview
It’s not the cheapest dinner around, but eating Scandinavian fare in a yurt at 8000 feet is an experience you won’t soon forget. Park City Yurts offers unique dinning and the experience begins long before you dine. Guests travel by sleigh to Red Pine Lodge, don cross country skis or snow shoes and follow a guide to the yurt (portable Viking structure). Both the scenery and the gourmet six-course meal will be memorable. Reservations should be made well in advance. There is a cancellation fee involved.
